Does New Forest Broadband only cover the New Forest?

We cover towns and villages in the New Forest and surrounding areas, if you’re further away and would like to use us, please get in touch.

Do I get a phone number?

We’re able to port your number over to VoIP or supply a new VoIP number, our VoIP packages are outside of our broadband packages. See our phone page for more details.

Do you offer business broadband?

We do indeed. Our business packages come with priority support and an SME level router.

How long does it take to switch to you?

In most cases, switching takes 7–14 days, depending on line type and your current provider. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Will I lose service during the switch?

Usually no — we aim for a seamless switchover, with only a brief interruption (if any) during the cutover window.

What if I have a problem?
